Is there any restriction to the number of services we can use in one year?
No. You may use as many of or services as you like and as often as you like!
Do we need a web site?
No. For the most part we will develop and implement a Mobile Private Portal to facilitate sales and implement KA-CHING!.
What if we already have a web site?
Call us to discuss. We will need to better understand your present site and it's functions. From there we can move forward with a plan based on your business objectives.
Would it not be more effective for us to use key word advertising or Pay Per Click on the Internet?
Web sites that are designed for "Key Word" campaigns are designed to please the specifics of a "Search engine robot" and not the public. These pages even though they may increase your rankings are not optimized for delivering a solid "Sales Punch" and a convincing message to your potential customers they are designed for the search engine robot.
Therefore, by trying to increase your search engine rankings you are in effect taking away from the very task you hope to accomplish and that is to get new customers. Remember, for the most part robots read Key Words humans are looking for your sales pitch. You can't do both effectively!
Key Words may generate hits but there is no way you can qualify those visitors as Pre-Qualified. No matter how many types of media or electronic devices are involved in promoting your company KA-CHING! keeps track of them, to what retail or geographic location they originated, the salesperson, their customers, Referral Rewards Customers, the type of media such as CD's and electronic devices such as cell phones and more.
Is there a limit to the number of brick and mortar locations, sales personnel, media etc. we can track?
There is no limit what so ever to the amount of data you can track or the number of products and services you can facilitate.
Can we use KA-CHING! to track salespersons?
Yes, absolutely. You can track them as part of your organization or externally as a sales agent.
Do we need to purchase a license to use KA-CHING!?
Yes. You must purchase a license and renew it yearly in order to continue to use KA-CHING!.
Does the cost of the license depend upon how many people use the system?
No. There is no limit to the number of users that use the system either from the public or administration side. We use a flat fee model.
Is KA-CHING! secure?
Yes. KA-CHING! is fully secure with 128 bit encryption and other security features.
Are all of your services included in our license fee?
No. All services are billed out based upon a clients needs. It would not be fair to bill a client for services they will never use.
Will you meet with us?
Yes, we will send a representative to meet with you before we begin to work on Brick and Mortar projects. At KA-CHING INC. we want to build long term relationships and therefore we find it to be in the best interest of our both parties to meet them face to face.
